I spent nearly 20 years working as a qualified architect, designing spaces with precision, intention and a deep love of considered detail.
Architecture taught me that the way something looks and feels matters just as much as how it's made, and that belief now shapes everything I create at FLOC Bakes.
Based in Gatley, on the border of Manchester and Cheshire, I swapped buildings for biscuits (and the occasional celebration cake), but my approach hasn't changed all that much.
Clean lines. Deliberate choices. Nothing there without a reason.
My architect's eye shows up in every pattern, palette and piece of decoration. It's what takes a handmade biscuit from something that tastes beautiful to something that feels genuinely considered.
My approach as a biscuit designer
Every cookie and cake I make is created from scratch using high-quality, fresh ingredients. From my handmade biscuits to celebration cakes, there are no templates here.
Each order is a collaboration between us, shaped around your occasion, your style and your vision, whether I'm acting as your cookie designer for a bespoke commission or creating a contemporary cake for a milestone celebration.
