I spent nearly 20 years working as a qualified architect, designing spaces with precision, intention and a deep love of considered detail. Architecture taught me that the way something looks and feels matters just as much as how it's made, and that belief shapes everything I do at Floc Bakes.
Based in Gatley on the border of Manchester and Cheshire, I create bespoke sugar cookies and celebration cakes that are designed the way a good building is designed: clean lines, deliberate choices, nothing wasted.
My architect's eye shows up in every pattern, every palette, every piece of decoration, and I think you'll feel the difference.
Every cookie and cake I make is built from scratch using high-quality, fresh ingredients. There are no templates here, each order is a collaboration between us, shaped around your occasion, your style and your vision.
